This July, please join me in celebrating our fellow citizens, Canadians who were born in different places around the world, but who have decided to make this nation their home.

As your Member of Parliament, I am grateful that you made this nation, and the riding of Cowichan—Malahat—Langford, your home. Canada’s greatness comes from the people who live here, and I am glad that you are one of them.

Please bring your family, your friends, and anybody else who has helped you along in your journey towards citizenship, as we come together to enjoy a summer picnic celebrating all of our new citizens.
